Refund and Return policy

1. No Refund for Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds or returns if you simply change your mind after placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

2. Eligible Return Cases:

Returns or refunds are only accepted if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive a wrong item
  • The product has missing parts or defects

3. Unboxing Video Required:

To process any refund or replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Start from opening the sealed package
  • Clearly show the shipping label and product
  • Be continuous without cuts or edits

Without proper video proof, no claim will be accepted.

4. Time Limit for Claim:

  • You must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Late complaints will not be accepted under any condition

5. Refund Conditions:

  • Only the product price will be refunded
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–20 business days

6. Non-Returnable Situations:

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Size or personal preference issues
  • Used or damaged after delivery
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Courier delay or shipping issues

7. Final Note:

All refund and replacement requests are strictly reviewed based on this policy. The company reserves the right to approve or reject any claim.
