1. No Refund for Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds or returns if you simply change your mind after placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns or refunds are only accepted if:

- The product has missing parts or defects
3. Unboxing Video Required:
To process any refund or replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:
- Start from opening the sealed package
- Clearly show the shipping label and product
- Be continuous without cuts or edits
Without proper video proof, no claim will be accepted.
4. Time Limit for Claim:
- You must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Late complaints will not be accepted under any condition
5. Refund Conditions:
- Only the product price will be refunded
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–20 business days
6. Non-Returnable Situations:
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Size or personal preference issues
- Used or damaged after delivery
- Sale or discounted items
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Courier delay or shipping issues
